From the very beginning, they were fantastic to work with during both the design and construction process. They took the time to understand my goals, answered all my questions, and offered great guidance to make sure everything turned out exactly right. Throughout the entire project, their team was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Communication was clear, timelines were well managed, and the quality of workmanship really shows. The finished ADU looks amazing and exceeded my expectations.

We hired Salty Bay Builders for structural repairs to our deck and I would highly recommend this company because Jordan has great communication, he provided a fair quote quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. I appreciated that he sent videos/photos of the work progress so I could see the true extent of the damage being repaired. His workmanship is top notch and I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. I will use Salty Bay Builders for future projects because I know they will do the job right!!

We highly recommend Salty Bay Builders! Salty Bay Builders took our old carport and turned it into a beautiful laundry room , bathroom and bedroom. Jordan made the process smooth from start to finish. We were very impressed with his professionalism and ability to keep our project moving forward even thru bad weather. We completed within budget and are extremely satisfied with our new space.

Jordan and his team did a great job on the renovation of our 100yr old farmhouse! Can't say enough good things about our experience with Jordan and Will! We sent him a very loose outline of what we'd like done (really only a few example pictures), and Salty Bay Builders turned it into EXACTLY what we wanted. He stuck to his timeline and even more importantly, stayed exactly on budget from what he quoted us.
We had an old cleaning closet that we wanted turned into a "mudroom" area, and it turned out perfectly. See pic (backpacks not included haha).
10/10 would use Salty Bay Builders again!

Jordan was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with! He always responded in a timely manner; was up front and honest with anticipated time frames and costs; provided suggestions; was in contact on a regular basis; shared receipts and photo updates; and coordinated and explained all work to be done. He and his colleague showed up early and completed the work on time and with EXCELLENT results. My elderly mother was very comfortable having him in and out of her house.
